Limited Edition Policy

Each Privea fragrance is produced in a single, limited edition of 200 bottles. Once sold out, the fragrance will never be produced again, except for refills exclusively available to original purchasers.

Authenticity Guarantee

Every bottle includes a Certificate of Authenticity with a unique verification code. This certificate is your proof of ownership of a genuine Privea creation.

Refill Rights

As an original purchaser, you have the exclusive lifetime right to refill or reorder your specific fragrance. This privilege is non-transferable and tied to your original purchase verification.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the exclusive nature of our fragrances, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened products. We encourage you to request a sample or schedule a consultation before making your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped with full insurance and tracking. Signature is required upon delivery to ensure your exclusive fragrance reaches you safely.
